The official term Zompire Dracularius comes from a mix between zombies, vampires, and Dracula. While there are many zombie enthusiasts in the world, only a select few of them are true Zompire fans. Even rarer are the Dracularius fans, deriving their support from the numerous movies and video games built around the Dracula character.

Zompire Dracularius

Zompire Dracularius almost finished

So the Zompire Dracularius competition is almost over - just 2 more days to go.  T.J. has once again claimed an inexplainable #1 spot on Google.  All that can be hoped for is that Google sees the error in their ways and reshuffles the results properly.  But however he may have done it (by doing nothing), way to go TJ!

Dracularius reigns again!

Mr. Zompire Dracularius has once again risen to the top spot on Google thanks to the hard work of Mr. Husby.  While T.J. may have held the coveted #1 ranking for a little while, it was short-lived and not really deserved, quite honestly!  But congrats to him anyway, however it happened.  I look forward to a #1 ranking on December 16th in class.  An analysis of all the inbound links to this site will be made public (like it isn't already public info?!?!?) before the final date.  Yahoo site explorer currently shows over 2000 inbound links from about a dozen plus unique domains.

P.S.  A friend of mine who lives down the hall is trying to secure a Western Digital homepage link, having had dinner and played golf with the CEO many times.  I personally am skeptic such a site would link to the best Zompire Dracularius site on the web, but hey, it's worth a try!

Zompire Google Fail

So I'm not quite sure why Zompire-Dracularius.com has not made it to the top yet.  Does Google despise .com domain names?  Whatever the reason, Zompire Dracularius needs to take action fast to adjust this travesty and make sure the top is reached before December 16th.  It is very surprising, given the fact that Zompire-Dracularius.com has about 900 inward links from many sites with up to a 4 in PageRank, and the current leader only has 11 inward links.  This makes me think a relevancy factor is in play........

Why Dracularius?

Last Updated on Sunday, 22 November 2009 19:14

A lot of people have been asking what is up with the "Dracularius" term in Zompire Dracularius. Well folks, the answer is I really don't know. The Zompire Dracularius species was discovered long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. It is rumored that scientists on an ice planet called Hoth found this abominable beast and named it the Zompire Dracularius because it was what popped into their minds at that exact moment as they were running for their lives. Unlike Luke, they had no light-saber, and therefore were nearly devoured before they escaped, losing only a few appendices.
